Common questions

Answers before you call

Yes. Solar panels generate from daylight rather than heat, so they keep producing on overcast days — and output is often better in cooler temperatures. Ireland's daylight hours and light cloud cover suit modern PV systems well.
It depends on your system size, usage pattern and how much you're at home during daylight. During our survey we model your actual consumption and show you realistic savings before you commit to anything.
A typical residential solar array is installed in one to two days. Add a battery or EV charger and it's usually still done inside a week. Commercial and farm projects are scoped individually after the site survey.
Yes — that's part of the service. We prepare the documentation, submit the SEAI or TAMS application and guide you through each stage so you're not chasing forms yourself.
Usually, yes. We can design your solar system from the start so a battery can be added later without replacing the inverter or reconfiguring the array.
We're based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath and cover all of Leinster — including Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Westmeath, Wicklow and surrounding counties. If you're not sure, just ask.
